With developments such as the Quality Assurance Act, the Environment Act, the consumer dossier and themes such as sustainability and circularity, VDNDP believes that having specifications in good order is necessary. After all, you cannot demonstrate or reuse something that is not properly described.
Within our team you take care of specifications from requirements, from decisions, but also from elaboration of the design or a building. You record all steps in various forms: from the question and requirements from the clients, to all decisions made in the design process and the elaboration of the design.
In this you see through the (construction) process and act accordingly. You also actively contribute knowledge of laws and regulations, contracting and construction technology. You analyze, structure, recognize and make connections. You get both the big picture and the details right. And last but not least: you always find the most up-to-date information. You secure the specifications at the delivery of design products.
