At VDNDP, I feel at home. Besides the familiar atmosphere, I really like the way of working. The down-to-earth methodical work mentality suits me. I am analytical and like projects with substance.
There is much to learn at VDNDP: the growth meetings on all kinds of construction-related topics are inspiring. It is nice to look at the building task from different angles: from a social point of view, but also from an economic or BIM technical point of view. I am also challenged by the expertise and experience of my colleagues. Sharing knowledge is fun and important to me, both in terms of bringing and collecting it.
