What I particularly like about my role at VDNDP is the versatility, constant challenge, combined with working as part of a team. In addition to internal cooperation, I find external cooperation just as important. After all, the common goal, in whatever form, is achieved by honestly expressing interests to each other. Devising/exploring solutions together to achieve this goal is one of my motivations.
