For the Vijverberg project in Doetinchem, VDNDP designed 21 houses for Koopmans Bouw. We also provided the sales, building application, and working drawings. The project consists of 21 ground-level homes, 16 owner-occupied homes and 5 rental homes. The houses are designed as BeterBasisHuis by TBI WOONlab.
BetterBASIShouse is a concept of TBI WOONlab, which allows them to quickly build the ideal starter home (for sale) or social rental home, in any number. Affordable housing is more topical than ever.
