In TudorPark, VDNDP collaborated on two major projects. Within the new construction project, we were responsible for the engineering of 190 row houses and apartments. In project Tudor Castle (luxury apartments) we provided the engineering (DO/TO/UO) and worked together with Dura Vermeer on the work preparation. The characteristic English Tudor style was central to both.
TudorPark - residences
In TudorPark, no home is the same. Each house is distinguished by special brickwork, chimneys, entrance gates, bay windows and white accents. The result is a diverse range of housing types, sizes and appearances.
Tudor Castle
The second project involved a stately apartment building with 31 luxurious, spacious, gas-free apartments: Tudor Castle. Decorations in the brickwork and other typical Tudor style elements were also incorporated into this complex.
On both projects we worked closely with the contractor Dura Vermeer, among others; as a joint engineering team. Each did their own piece, helping each other, sharing knowledge and making sure the BIM models and output were good. Through this pleasant way of working, we laid the foundation for a good execution.
