The old Seahorse site in Hengelo has been transformed into a nice place to live, close to a wooded area and the center of Hengelo. It is a diverse neighborhood with a total of 110 homes. VDNDP worked out a number of types after the DO through to the UO phase.
The Seahorse - Woolderlanen neighborhood consists of both detached, hybrid (bedroom and bathroom on the first floor), semi-detached houses and apartments. All homes will have a tough, industrial look with large windows.
