VDNDP supported Koopmans TBI in the realization of Hans van Heeswijk Architecten 's design for the new Museum of Realism Kunst. This involved a transformation of the 1914 town hall in Gorssel into a museum. The existing annex to this monumental town hall was replaced with new construction.

For the implementation of this project, VDNDP converted the 2D drawings of the architect into a BIM model. This involved collaboration with co-makers and suppliers. Using pointcloud, the roof structure of the existing town hall was 3D modeled in order to dimension and implement the installations situated there.
