Monks Mountain

The Monnikenberg project in Hilversum consists of 3 residential blocks and a semi-open parking garage. In 2 residential blocks 54 rental apartments have been realized, the 3rd residential block contains 24 owner-occupied apartments. The apartment buildings are part of the Master Plan Monnikenberg, located on the wooded eastern edge of Hilversum. In combination with nature and landscape, a regional health center and new housing forms will be built here. VDNDP was responsible for the development from Preliminary Design to a Technical Design, application for environmental permit and preparation in collaboration with co-makers of an execution design and working drawings. The BIM coordination was provided by VDNDP.
