In collaboration with the TBI company ERA Contour, VDNDP is working on the Soete Veste project. Within this project VDNDP elaborates the VO of the architect into a technical design. In addition, we prepare the sales drawings, WABO documents, the technical model and working drawings.
This project concerns 65 single-family houses with a surface area between 100 and 200 m2, close to the Berg city center and the Groot Arsenaal. Within Soete Veste there is a beautiful contrast between the sturdy, urban quayside houses on the water and the romantic, attractive courtyard houses in the courtyard. The beautiful details and architecture make the neighborhood special. A funny detail: some of the quay houses bear a name such as 'In de Klare Druppel', 'De Dubbele Neut' and 'de Hartversterking'. This refers to the period when alcohol was extracted from molasses at this location.
