Commissioned by CPO IAmstelDream, the residential block on Bellavistastraat in Amstelkwartier has been realized. VDNDP provided the Building engineer elaboration and specification book.
The residential block is an all-sided residential block of fifteen by fifteen meters and a total area of about 1100 m² GLA. The building contains four dwellings and a semi-underground garage.
The residential building was designed according to the highest requirements achievable at the time, that is, with an EPC of 0 combined with a GPR score of 8 on average.
Our colleague Rob Jansen, now retired, has, within the framework of the design, completely figured out the detailing.
