We make feasibility and/or mass studies. In combination with quick scans, we thus investigate the potential of a place together with the client.
Starting with the initiative, we can design and continue designing. We look holistically, put issues openly on the table and, in collaboration, take the design further.
From feasibility studies, quick scans, integrality tests and design analyses, we advise the client on project and design strategy.
We analyze the design in relation to regulations, the status of the sub-designs in relation to each other, the relationship with advice and the schedule of requirements, feasibility and construction technology. In this way, possible risks are identified at an early stage.
In design optimization, we look at the building structure, floor plans, GO optimizations, construction methodology, integration installations, synchronization principle detailing and materialization.
The design vision is the framework for the principle detailing. Within this framework, we design the principle detailing using fragments, structure it and ensure its feasibility.
