Building M in Weezenlanden-Noord is characterized by a certain regularity in its facade structure, with internal balconies and setbacks in the facade on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th floors.

Due to the staggered setbacks, there are relatively many types of homes.

VDNDP is also involved in Building F of Weezenlanden-Noord. You can read more about Building Fhere

In Weezenlanden-Noord, a total of around 600 new homes are being built along the Almelose Canal. These include both rental and owner-occupied homes. Building F is part of this project. A lot of extra green space is also being added, and Zwolle's first mobility hub will be located here. It will be a place where everyone will soon be able to live, work, meet, and relax. The new neighborhood is expected to be completed by the end of 2029. The project is beautifully located on the city canal of Zwolle, a stone's throw from the historic center.
