For Weezenlanden-Noord, building F (James), in Zwolle, we at VDNDP created the combined TO/UO documents for Nijhuis Bouw .V. The design was created by Barcode Architects B.V.
Building F (James) has 30 high-quality luxury apartments for sale, combined with commercial space on the ground floor. The apartments vary in size from 98 to 184 m². The facade features hardwood cladding with a protruding facade grid covered with ceramic tiles.
Building F is an apartment complex containing two commercial spaces, 24 apartments, and six penthouses. The building is characterized by a regular facade structure, with indoor balconies and a setback in the facade on the fifth and sixth floors.
The apartments appear similar on various levels, but due to variations in facade layout/balcony position, there are still 16 different apartment types.

In Weezenlanden-Noord, a total of around 600 new homes are being built along the Almelose Canal. These include both rental and owner-occupied homes. Building F is part of this project. A lot of extra green space is also being added, and Zwolle's first mobility hub will be located here. It will be a place where everyone will soon be able to live, work, meet, and relax. The new neighborhood is expected to be completed by the end of 2029. The project is beautifully located on the city canal of Zwolle, a stone's throw from the historic center.
