For the Vijverberg project in Doetinchem, VDNDP designed 21 homes on behalf of Koopmans Bouw. We also prepared the sales, building permit, and construction drawings. The project consists of 21 single-family homes, 16 for-sale homes, and 5 rental homes. The homes were designed as "BeterBasisHuis" homes by TBI WOONlab.
BeterBASIShuis is a concept developed by TBI WOONlab that allows them to quickly build the ideal starter home (for sale) or social housing unit in any desired quantity. Affordable housing is more relevant than ever. The question “Will my children still be able to afford a home in the future?” is heard on every radio and TV program these days. That is why affordability is a top priority at beterBASIShuis.
