On the transformation of Bank 72

Koopman Vastgoed purchased the vacant office building in 2015, and architect Paul Wolters of Studio DAD created the design for the luxury apartments. The apartments feature a terrace or balcony, ample storage in the basement and a large garden has been landscaped around the building.

The renovation gives the building back its allure of yesteryear. In addition, all usable materials in and around the old building have been removed and reused elsewhere. Think of exterior fencing, furniture and lighting.
