The former ABN-AMRO office building in Enschede has been converted into a residential complex: Bank72 with 27 luxury owner-occupied apartments. VDNDP has supported the Bank72 project from the initial design, taking care of the sales and building application issues.
Koopman Vastgoed purchased the vacant office building in 2015, and architect Paul Wolters of Studio DAD created the design for the luxury apartments. The apartments feature a terrace or balcony, ample storage in the basement and a large garden has been landscaped around the building.
The renovation gives the building back its allure of yesteryear. In addition, all usable materials in and around the old building have been removed and reused elsewhere. Think of exterior fencing, furniture and lighting.
