TETEM 3 is being realized on the site of the former Twentse textiel Maatschappij (Tetem) in Enschede. The project includes an apartment building with 100 apartments and was designed by Tangram Architekten. It is the last iconic building to be built in the Roombeek neighborhood.
VDNDP provided the engineering after the building application and is involved in the optimizations and resubmission to the municipality (phases TO and UO). The optimizations concern for all the floor plans of the apartments. By analyzing fragments and working out the principle detailing, the feasibility of this complex design is guaranteed.
