In Leiden, a new multi-tenant building has been constructed at the Bio Science Park for companies active in the field of life sciences. VDNDP handled the development for Goossen Te Pas Bouw in the TO and UO phases.
The building, with a beautiful large atrium at its heart, is a design by cepezed. VDNDP worked out the nodes. Class sessions helped the project team make execution decisions. This produced a building model that is now being used in execution by the contractor and suppliers. The building has the BREEAM-NL Excellent certificate.
